Classes focus on alignment based
asana (yoga postures) with some exploration of
philosophy and nutrition and how they relate to daily life. Those with experience
will be
challenged more but always in a safe and playful manner. Poses will always be
modified
individually to suit your ability.
Yoga is a wonderful art, science and discipline that over time can benefit you
in a
myriad of ways including but not limited to better health, a greater ability
to concentrate,
an increased sense of well-being and more energy.
Learn and experience the benefits of poses and how they affect your whole being
by increasing body awareness, health and vitality, nourishing and soothing the
nervous
system, and improving your strength, balance and flexibility.
