This week will give students the opportunity to practise yoga in an environment which is safe, joyful, and calm.
There will be two classes per day, one in the morning and one in the early evening. In class each individual will
have the opportunity to practise at his/her own level, making the week suitable for students of different abilities
including those who may be new to yoga and those who may have practised other yoga disciplines.

During the week we will explore different areas of the body and how to effectively open them in a safe way.
This will lead to a complete practise by the end of the week that will make you want to never miss a practise again!
We will also explore the flow of energy in the body in different types of poses as well as the effects of the poses
on the nervous system and the other body systems.

The remainder of the day may be spent by the pool or exploring the countryside.

and evening meal (except on one evening where you eat out), accommodation on a shared basis, luxury towels
